Larissa brings over two decades of experience in the community services sector, having held both frontline and leadership roles across a broad spectrum of programs including family support, domestic and family violence, child protection, and healing services. Her work has been deeply rooted in Far North Queensland, with a strong focus on Cape York communities.

Larissa is deeply committed to collaborating across sectors, along with partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve health and wellbeing outcomes. She champions community-led, culturally informed strategies that prioritise family and community-driven approaches.
