SKILLED BASED DIRECTOR
Ilario Sabatino is an experienced professional with over fifteen years of senior executive leadership and management experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked across all tiers of government and directly in partnership with first nation communities to address key socio-economic and prevailing health challenges impacting their communities.
Ilario has held Chief Executive Officer positions in local government councils across the Cape and Torres Strait regions and holds several qualifications including a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Health Science in Indigenous Primary Health Care degree. Offering a range of strategic and operational services to government and non-government entities, Ilario is also the Managing Director and Practice Leader of Sabatino Pro Alliance.
Ilario has a diverse range of skills and expertise including policy & governance, strategic human resource management, risk management, service & program reviews, coaching & mentoring, change management and cross-cultural management in diverse operating environments.
