Executive Manager Primary Health Care
Frankie Clive joined Apunipima Cape York Health Council in September 2020 as the Executive Manager Primary Health Care. Frankie is a Torres Strait Islander and has strong family connections to Saibai Island and the Northern Peninsula Area.
Frankie has over 20 years experience across a diverse range of private, State and Commonwealth Government agencies and not for profit sectors in the Northern Territory and Queensland. With a background in human rights advocacy, Frankie has a strong social justice lens and understands the critical importance that the social determinants have in the improvement of health and wellbeing in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Frankie will work in close partnership with the Senior Management Team to lead out the delivery and design of primary health care services for Apunipima’s Cape York Health Council.
