If you think you might need a long appointment please let the receptionist know so that we can let others know how long they might have to wait.
Our doctors, nurses and health worker offer home visits to Mossman Gorge residents who are too sick to come to the centre. If you are too sick to come to the centre you should get a message to us and let us know you need to see the doctor.
Reception will pass the message on to the doctor as soon as they are able to and the doctor may come and see you at home or they may advise you to go to hospital if you are very sick.
Phone calls and messages
All telephone calls and messages will be passed on to the appropriate person and responded to as soon as possible. If the matter is urgent we may interrupt the doctor.
Reminders and recalls
Our centre is committed to providing you with the best care and to do this we use a reminder and recall system. This helps us remind you about your appointments and when to come in and talk to us about your care. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please let us know.
How do I get my test results?
If you have had a blood test, x ray or some other kind of test your doctor will tell you when you can expect to receive the results.
